Shipping policy
Order Processing
Shipments will be arranged by Thaynne Swimwear from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM CET. Orders received after 2:00 PM CET will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Orders take 1-2 working days to be processed and are then shipped from Bologna, ITALY. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow processing time to pass, in addition to the time indicated by the courier.
Deliveries to Europe will arrive within 1-4 business days.
Stock and Backorders
We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.
Courier and Contact Information
Thaynne Swimwear ships to EUROPE, UNITED STATES and CANADA. Orders delivered to Italy will be handled by TNT courier, while orders to other countries will be managed by FedEx courier. It is crucial to provide a correct email address and phone number when placing an order. The courier may not always contact the customer by phone, so accurate email information is essential.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Thaynne Swimwear is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays by couriers, or any other circumstances beyond our control. During promotions, immediate shipping may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and assure you that your package will be sent as quickly as possible.
Address and Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, it will be possible to change your address once the courier sends you the confirmation and tracking information.
Free Shipping in Europe
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe. Enjoy hassle-free shopping, with no additional shipping costs for our European customers.
Shipping to the USA and Canada
We offer free international shipping to the USA and Canada on orders over 500 USD. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET will ship within 1-2 business days via FedEx. Deliveries to the USA and Canada will arrive within 4-6 business days. I.Currently Thaynne Swimwear is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. Thaynne Swimwear is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that fees are not refundable, so are items that do not get picked up.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable as shipped, the carrier may return the package to our warehouse. Thaynne Swimwear is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at the time of order. Please note that packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. Undeliverable merchandise will be refunded once it is returned. All returned orders will be assessed a return shipping fee.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If the package is delayed or has not reached its destination due to loss or other reasons, you must contact the courier customer service (TNT for shipping to Italy, FedEx for shipping to other countries). The customer service will open a case to handle your report.
