All the bikinis (except the orange ones)
- Hand wash with neutral soap in cold running water immediately after use
- Do not leave your piece damp or wet in contact with light-colored clothing
- Do not let it soak
- Do not twist
- Do not store damp or wet in plastic bags
- Do not use a washing machine, dryer or dry cleaning
- Two-tone swimsuit hang to dry
- Dry in shade

We are constantly committed to ensuring that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have an issue with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us by emailing hello@thaynne.com and attaching a photo of the product, so that we can review the matter to find the most suitable solution as soon as possible.
Once your order has been finalized, the courier will send you email updates on the status of your shipment. You will be able to track where your order is and, if necessary, you will have the option to change the delivery day. If you would like to have further information on the shipment, you can contact the courier directly or write to us at hello@thaynne.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable as shipped, the courier may return the package. Thaynne Swimwear is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at time of order. Please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. Undeliverable merchandise will be refunded once it is returned. All returned orders will be assessed a return shipping fee.

Unfortunately, due to organization and timing issues regarding the logistics service, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed.
If needed, thanks to the On Demand Delivery service, you will have the opportunity to make changes to your shipment regarding delivery date, delivery address, service point, etc., as long as the status of your order allows it.
If you are located within the EU, there are no additional customs fees for your order. When your order is shipped to a non-EU country, additional costs in the form of import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply, and these may arise unexpectedly. Note: It is important to understand that these charges are beyond our control and may vary depending on your specific location.
Payment of any customs duties will be handled through the courier service used. You may choose, via email or message, whether to pay by credit card, or online payment services (such as PayPal).
Orders delivered in Italy will be handled by TNT courier and can be tracked via https://www.tnt.it/tracking/Tracking.do
Orders to other countries will be managed by FedEx courier and can can be tracked via fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html
SHIPPING
We ship to Europe, the United States, and Canada.
Orders delivered to Italy will be handled by TNT courier, while orders to other countries will be managed by FedEx courier.
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe, and free international shipping on orders over 500 USD.
Orders received after 2:00 pm CET will be processed the following business day.
The courier will provide a tracking code that will also be notified to you by email and sms.

Creating your account on Thaynne.com is easy and quick. In the website menu, at the top right, select "Create account," enter the required information, and create your account: that's it!
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few clicks. Select "Login" from the website menu, click on "Forgot password?", then enter the email address of your Thaynne.com account and click "Submit". You will receive an email with instructions to set your new password to access your personal account.
If your order qualifies for a promotion, please enter the promo code at checkout. We regret to inform you that the promo code can only be used before completing the payment. After the payment is made, you cannot add a promo code to the current order. However, you can still use it on your next order as long as it has not expired.
Please note that only one promo code can be used per order. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.
