Refund policy

We understand, sometimes it happens that a product just doesn't work for you. At Thaynne Swimwear you can exchange it, get store credit, or even receive a refund.

All items purchased on www.thaynne.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns processed later will not be subject to refund. We accept returns for store credit, exchange or refund on all full paid price items but shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns within Europe, USA or Canada 

We offer a free first return and exchanges on domestic orders within Europe. The costs of handling subsequent returns and shipping of the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges to the United States and Canada; the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange and/or return.

Items conditions

We are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition in which we shipped it. 

This includes ALL original packaging, hang tags, and the hygienic liner MUST be intact to be eligible for return. Please ensure your items are returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Due to the sensitive nature of swimwear, underwear must be worn when trying on items. Original and return shipping fees will not be credited back. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, soiling, misuse, or alterations. 

Once our quality control team has checked the items and approved the return, we will be able to process your refund. All items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Refund times

Please note that returned orders can take up to 20 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method as you need to follow the steps below:

1) Shipping time to return to our warehouse

2) Processing and inspection for refund approval

3) Authorization to the finance department to issue reimbursement

4) It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method once our finance department has processed the refund.
